The Challenge

Entitling 199 acres for a large-scale estate subdivision requiring extensive coordination with county planning and environmental review agencies. The original entitlement had expired.

The SKDM Solution

Leveraged SKDM's land-use expertise to navigate the re-entitlement which had expired, identified the Black Swan in the zoning process, which was engaging the past Mayor (Bill Clarkson) as consultant.

The Result

Successfully entitled 43 estate SFH lots and 18 SDU across 199 acres — one of SKDM's landmark achievements in large-scale land development.
